Localization and Internationalization assay.py
This program takes a directory (not a list of filenames!) as an argument and walks it, looking for files (and not directories) ending in 'pt'. From each file it will extract elements with 'i18n:translate' attributes and display them as they appear in the file (modulo tabs), with the filename and starting line number. Pipe through 'less' and you can search backwards and forwards for msgids. It should display nested elements with 'i18n:translate' attributes both on their own and as part of the translatable element within which they occur.
Localization and Internationalization collect_strings_msgids.py
This program takes a directory (not a list of filenames!) as an argument and walks it, looking for files (and not directories) ending in 'pt'. Displays a list of msgstr's, whitespace-normalized and sorted alphabetically, each having a list of associated msgid's underneath it and indented. It should correctly handle elements with 'i18n:translate' attributes nested within other elements with 'i18n:translate' elements.
Localization and Internationalization i18n Page Template Status Sheet
Key: Brown = Not going to touch because they aren't really user visible; Bold = Template gets overridden by another template, so you can't view it on a default install; Blue = Deleted because they are no longer used;
Localization and Internationalization Beta rhaptos.pot file
This is a beta version of the rhaptos.pot file which will eventually have all of our message strings in it. It is not 100% complete, but the vast majority of the message ids are in this file and are not going to change in the final version. If someone wanted to begin a translation now, this would be a good place to begin. The final version will probably add a couple msgids, but any changes should be fairly easy to merge in to this version.
