I released a version of Etna, a new wysiwyg Xml Editor.

Hello, I'm Laurent Jouanneau, the main developer of Etna, a new Wysiwyg Xml Editor.

With Etna, you can edit any XML document, like in any word processor. The only condition is to provide the corresponding RelaxNG schema, and a CSS stylesheet to display it into the editor. You can provide the schema, directly by registering it into the "new file" dialog, or by installing an extension (which can provide also additionnal user interface elements).

Etna is built on Gecko, the Mozilla Firefox's core, so it uses the same extension system of Mozilla Firefox 1.0.

The 0.2 release is the very first public version. So it is only a "preview" release and there are still few issues, but you can test it.

Try it ! :-)
