Updating modules (documents) from CNXML 0.4 to CNXML 0.5

Today, I updated the following modules:

m11157
m11158
m11159
m11172
m11129
m11153
m11618
m11121
m11122
m11123
m11124
m11127

and the modules found in the 3F1 Random Processes Course workgroup.

I also looked in to some modules written by Julius Kusuma and found that most of 0.4 modules have no content.
