Tony Brandt's new module "How Music Makes Sense" and the accompanying listening gallery is almost ready to be published! And I've been breaking things for Jenn.

I've been working on putting the first draft of Tony's newest Sound Reasoning module into Connexions. I initially used the word importer to get the text into the module, but I ended up doing a lot of editting to put certain parts in examples, change where sections were, add exercises, etc. One particular annoyance was that if you use the word importer, it automatically assumes that you don't want to use MathML. Also, it didn't allow for bibtech, but Brent fixed that.

Tony dropped off two out of three cd's that I'll need to input the listening examples for the two modules. The other cd left contains exercise music clips for the listening gallery. The "How Music Makes Sense" module itself is pretty much in its first draft form in the workgroup. I'm probably going to add a glossary to the end of it, and then get Tony to look over it before publishing.

As far as previewing that particular module, I think it'd be nice if there was an option "Preview with Music Gallery" for the specific module. In the meantime, I'll jsut have to append the preview manually.

As far as testing goes, I've been doing test plans to help push out the release, but I keep finding bugs! Which, I suppose, is the purpose of testings. However, I seem to find the special case bugs pretty well.
