Well, I was about to change it around again when I realized that I had just finished the third final draft of the outline.
I've attached the open office file to this entry; hopefully y'all can get to it!
Notes about this outline:
All of this information was received in interviews with Ross, Jenn, Cameron, and Kyle; it does not yet contain information from Max and Manpreet, as I have yet to interview them! In the mean time, I'd appretiate any comments on the content (clarification, changes of words, etc) and organization (those last two sections in particular)!

All I get is a single blank page when I open this in OpenOffice. Could you make it a more general format, like plain text or PDF, or make it into a web document so we can view it online?

Thanks! The link in your blog doesn't actually go there, though...it's pointing at devdoc instead of devdoc/outline_final_3.txt. I'll fix it with my awesome managerial powers.
