What types of questions do remember from tests you've taken and homework you've done?

So I have the bulk of the author-perspective and user-perspective outline done for the new, enhanced QML figured and written out, but I keep thinking of new types of questions that need consideration. I would like to give the author as many options as possible, but maintain the simple, direct interface for both the author and the user. So far, I have the following question types written out:

Free Form
Matching
Multiple Choice: Multiple Response
Multiple Choice: Single Response

Just today I thought of two more:

Fill-in-the-Blank: Free Response
Fill-in-the-Blank: Multiple Choice

Working out this last two may require either a bit of EIP-stretching or a bit of inline code on the author's part... I'm still brainstorming on that.

In the mean time, can anyone think of any other types of questions authors may want to use?

I suppose "true/false" is really just multiple choice in disguise, but will most authors come to the same conclusion?

True/False

I think that's a good idea! The actual QML code will probably be the same as Multiple Choice: Single Response, but I think that'd be a good option for EIP.

I thought of another one this morning: Ordered Response
