I created a new Plone instance on my development machine to do functional testing of the role reordering

Today I finished up creating a new Plone instance on Yoda for doing functional testing of my new development. The idea is that the code will live on the branch (reorder-roles in this case) until it has passed all functional testing. Then, the code will be moved to trunk, and Jenn will do a regression test on her test instance. After that point, only regressions will be fixed. New features and changes to design must be made during the functional testing. Once the regression tests are done, the code will be pushed out to the live server.

Doing the process like this should leave the development trunk as clean as possible and prevent all the unneccesary tagging that went on during the member profile testing process as features were still being tested and changed.

Anyone that wants to check out the changes can do so on yoda:8880. I am still open to suggestions or requests if anyone has them!

Wow; I've been meaning to write up that new policy and hadn't gotten around to it. Thanks. :) I'm continuing to work on tools to make it easier for developers to create and maintain clean development instances, both for development and initial testing.
