The default state for content on rhaptos.org is now 'published'.
Most of the content we put on rhaptos.org is really meant to be public,
but our old default state of 'visible', meaning in our case "login-only", led
to much content being unnecessarily restricted. The default has been changed
to 'public', so newly created content will end up publicly available. If you
want a more restricted state, you can easily change to 'visible' or
'private'.
Note that this applies to general content. Blog entries maintain their own
workflow that will still start with 'draft', and wiki pages handle security
on their own.
